THE NEED

HIFI Edibles, a cannabis-infused edibles brand in the California legal cannabis market, came to Brandmetta to upgrade its product line’s packaging.HIFI’s biggest challenge was their current packaging does not do a good job of differentiating the many chocolate flavors they crafted.  The client wanted bold, minimal design that was child-resistant, eco-friendly, and stood out on a retail shelf. They also wanted the chocolate flavors to be the focal point of the packaging.

THE RESULTS

HIFI Edibles’ packaging has come a long way! We believe in creating packaging designs that are as unique and distinctive as the brand itself. The Brandmetta team developed HIFI’s brand personality into a cool “Hipster millennial” brand, targeting the young entrepreneurial market. We custom engineered HIFI’s child resistant packaging for the adult use recreational market. This included conceiving the two-step locking mechanism, prototyping, graphic design, and print packaging management. The result is new packaging that does a much better job showcasing the chocolate flavors with a bold and positive vibe.
