THE NEED

Paper Planes Extracts, one of the topselling cannabis brands in the California legal cannabis market, commissioned Brandmetta to design their childproof packaging. This required ingenuity and many prototypes to produce packaging that met federal standards while creating an aesthetic that matches Paper Planes Extracts brand persona. The current packaging utilized generic offtheshelf containers and the packaging did not differentiate the various products the brand offers.

THE RESULTS

Through close collaboration with packaging engineers in both Arizona and China, our team was able to craft the perfect packaging solution for Paper Planes Extracts. Not only did the resulting packaging offer an extra layer of security for the products inside, but it also helped to clearly identify each product quality class (Coach Class, Business Class, First Class, and Private Class), allowing customers to easily choose the product that best suits their needs. With packaging that is both compliant and on-brand, Paper Planes Extracts is sure to stand out in dispensaries across the state.
